Sacred Weapon Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Philosophy
We want you to love your Sacred Weapon blanket. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we must adhere to a strict hygiene policy for the safety and comfort of all our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

The Basics
We have a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in its original, sealed packaging.

In the same pristine condition that you received it.

Accompanied by the original tags and proof of purchase (order number).

⚠️ Critical Hygiene Notice
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any used, washed, or tried-on blankets. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to ensure the health, safety, and peace of mind of our entire community. All sales of used or opened items are final.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email us at hello@sacredweapon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Do Not Ship to Amazon: Our products are fulfilled by Amazon, but all returns must be processed through us directly. Returns sent to an Amazon facility will be lost and cannot be refunded.

Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for your return. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages or Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us at hello@sacredweapon.com within 48 hours of delivery if:

The item is defective (e.g., faulty waterproof layer).

You received the wrong item.

The item was damaged in transit (please include photos).

We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or tried-on blankets.

Any item not in its original condition, with tags removed or packaging opened.

Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
